 Hi! 

Welcome to Baked Bliss and More! I'm Shreeya, 14, residing currently in India with great inclination towards baking. I started my 'food' journey not long ago (in 2018) and finally got to manifesting it in the lockdown of 2020 (Coronavirus, obvs). The first thing I baked was a batch of chocolate brownies that tasted heavenly, and decadent-just like a brownie. Further ahead, my first real cake that I baked was a marble cake; that stood out like ebony and ivory. From there I've come a long way and have increased my cognizance about baking substantially. This is aimed at being a platform where I can express my opinions, share some experiences and most importantly, impart my fascination for the world of baking. When away from the oven, I'm found under books, web series and lots of stress.
